Entwicklung der Tarife für Blindensendungen in der Tschechoslowakei / Development of tariffs for mail for the blind in Czechoslovakia

A special tariff for mail for the blind Czechoslovakia was introduced on 01.09.1918. It was allowed to send letters that only contained documents in Braille, and later also paper for Braille to be printed on. They had to and have to bear the inscription "Tisk pro slepce" or similar for identification.
